Shipping & Returns
Shipments within the 48 contiguous United States will be done via UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and International sales will ship via USPS Priority Mail. There is a $4.00 handling charge on all orders.
Note to International customers:
USPS Priority Mail International ( 6 - 10 day delivery ) is the least expensive shipping method available for you. On May 14th, 2007 the United States Post Office made changes to their shipping rates and services. Economy or surface shipping is no longer available. Priority Mail International is now the slowest and cheapest method they offer. USPS is still much cheaper than any other carrier for international shipments.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
You have 30 days to inspect your speakers for manufacture and shipping defect. If you find a problem with your order, please request a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number via email to Trevor@wgs4.com. Do not return product that has been damaged in shipping. Claims will be filed with the appropiate carrier and you will need to keep shipping damaged goods for 2 weeks after the claim process has started.
WGS has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you decide the speaker you purchased was not the right choice, you may request a one-time exchange or one-time refund (not both). Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both directions in this case. Also buyer is responsible for any difference in price. Exchanges & refunds must be pre-authorized. Send an email to Trevor@wgs4.com to request this RMA number. Note that returned products must be in "like-new" condition.
Please Note: we can only accept returns on direct purchases (eBay or our website) and on warranty claims. We do not offer exchanges on purchases from dealers. Absolutely no exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA number!
