“I purchased the G10C and swapped out the stock speaker in my Fender Super Champ XD.  I am extremely happy with your product and can’t say enough about it.  It made that amp open up so much and sounds so much fuller.  THANK YOU!“

Wonderful

Let's just say that I have tried a ton of speakers over my 55 years of being a musician. This little 10" speaker is one of the best. It is balanced, clear and even across the frequency spectrum.. I intially bought it looking for a classic American, Fender-type sound, but worried it might be too bright. Not so. It certainly does Fender and Vox cleans, but it shines with all levels of dirt as well. It's loud and takes a lot of power for a 10" speaker. It's balanced, sweet and does everything I need. Definitely no ice-pick. Hard rock, blues, roots, Tele twang, funk rhythm guitar...even Bebop with my archtop all sound great. i use almost exclusively solid state Quilters these days and I have it in a Mojotone Lite 1x10. The results are just beautiful. It's not even broken in yet and I'm completely satisfied. Big bang for the buck. Warehouse delivers once again.

Great speaker for a Princeton Reissue

This sucker is loud! I have a 65 fender Princeton re-issue and have tried various speakers. Including modifying it to fit a 12 inch speaker. In my opinion, this G10C is much better than any of them. Because if it’s high wattage, it gets loud and stays pretty clean. But the tone is pure vintage sounding like a broken-in speaker in an old amp. it can now compete well in my rock bar band with a pretty loud drummer. I also have the 10” Warehouse Veteran to swap in and that’s great too with this amp. Different character and not as efficient but sweet. Very pleased with Warehouse speakers.

My Favorite Warehouse Speaker So Far

I bought a G10C a couple of months ago to put in a TRM solid pine guitar cabinet. I ordered the cabinet unfinished and it has taken me some time to build up several coats of Tung Oil so I just got the speaker installed yesterday and I have to say, I am loving it. I have an ET10 in a Vox Mini Super Beetle, a 10” Green Beret in a Marshall Mini Stack cabinet, and now this. So far it is my favorite. It might be due to the solid pine cabinet, as the others are Fiber Board, but it has the best tone of them right now. I am planning to build a Vox style cabinet for the ET10 at some point and then it might change. The ET10 is a great speaker too. I got the Green Beret because of its low power rating and I am using a DSL1 head to drive it. Great crunch and mild dirty. This GC10 is clean. I’m powering it with a Joyo Tweedy and it seems to just play whatever the amp gives it. I love the way the amp sounds and having a speaker that is a great match really sounds good. If you are looking for something that sounds Fenderesque this is a great option and it should make a great pedal platform too. I’m looking forward to hearing it with my Atomic also.

Brett Moore & Mike Harris of the Apache Ready

Brett Moore & Mike Harris of the Apache Ready

Michael Ford Jr. was a music business major when he met The Apache Relay in a Belmont University dorm. They were already deep into “a very Americana, very rootsy” sound, and before long the band was backing up Ford around campus, and soon everywhere else. Ford Jr. dropped out of college, and the group, which at the time included Mike Harris (guitar, vocals), Brett Moore (keys, guitar, mandolin), Kellen Wenrich (fiddle, keys) gigged relentlessly behind their 2009 debut 1988 and 2011’s breakthrough American Nomad. Midway through their touring in support of American Nomad Ford, Jr’s brother joined the band rounding out the group’s line up and sound. While touring in support of the album The Apache Relay found themselves opening for Mumford & Sons and hitting such festivals as Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Festival, Firefly Music Festival, Voodoo Music Experience, among others.
