Hi, i'd change my TSA15 speaker (actually the stock 70/80), that amp is a fender princeton inspired 6V6 powered combo with semi closed cabinet, 12" speaker and on board tube screamer, good clean tone but "fizzy" with overdrive, i play blues and old style rock, no hard rock/metal, any suggestions?

I have a peavey classic 30 with a WGS G12C and is superb.

Sorry for my poor english

Thanks

Fabio

My suggestion is a Reaper 30 ... will sound huge, with no "fizz"!

Thanks.

I fear that the reaper 30 magnet may touch the power tubes

Okay ... if you think a Heavy-Magnet speaker won't fit ... then ET65!

Ended up getting ET65, very good speaker, perfect for tsa15, lots of sparkle without harshness with overdrive.

Thanks

Cool ... yea ... the ET65 is NEVER a bad choice!

This is an old thread but I wanted to make sure others like me can make an informed decision.
I purchased the reaper 30 speaker and it does fit in Ibanez TSA15 Combo amp without touching the power tubes!
Reaper 30 sounds much smoother and more musical with substantially more low end than the stock Celestion Seventy 80 and no more fizz.
Highly recommended!
