I'm thinking these could sound like a great pairing together with my Ampeg VT-22. It's open back and while I definitely like to use a lot of that clean headroom for some loud cleans, I use all sorts of different overdrives/fuzzes. I'm thinking this would be not just a could balance, but a full blend of all the sounds I'd need. Anyone done it before?
Has anyone mixed a 12" Retro 30 and a G12C/S before?
