Current Lead Time: 1 week

Finally, the wait is over. We have created a 10" speaker that captures all the tone and mojo of our extremely popular 12" Green Beret. The Green Beret 10 boasts the same midrange push, articulate top end, and warm, harmonically rich breakup of its larger namesake. It also sports an impressive amount of low end for a 10" speaker. With a 1.5" voice coil and a paper former, this speaker drips with a vintage tone. If you've been looking for a classic British tone in a 10" speaker the Green Beret 10 delivers.

    Green Beret10", 25 Watt - into a 1995 Pro Junior

I was looking for a speaker that will break up early to match the Low-power, High-Gain Tooobs I put in the amp. It's PERFECT. Not a fan of 10" speakers until now. Smooth, clear, early break-up, sings, crunches and sustains great with distortion pedals. Good bass - no flub. Mids do what they're supposed to do. Not Spikey!!! D.B. Vermont

The Little Green Beret That Could

Wanted a lower wattage rock speaker to pair with the stock speaker in a Marshall mini-stack, and this one’s perfect. Now the stock speaker brings the sizzle and this one’s got the mids and body. More detailed than a Celestion greenback 10 too, imho. Nice reminder that in a world overrun with “influencers” and flavor-of-the-month gadget pushers, simple speaker upgrades still matter. My mini stack has major mojo now. Thank you WGS!

Great 10” version of the amazing 12” Green Beret

I own the 12” Green Beret and love it in my Maz 18 NR Mk2, so for my solid state Orange 35rt practice amp I decided to give the 10” a shot and it’s a great improvement over the stock speaker.

    Better than expected

Planning to order 3 more in the future to fill my 4x10 cab. Wonderfully full sounding speaker!

Review of Mark Dobner on 10" Green Beret - 25 watts

I have a 68 Custom Princeton Reverb. It was designed for early breakup. The stock speaker is a British lower end 10". It sounds great below 4. The Green Beret 10" is the perfect upgrade for this amp. It retains the Brit sound. Keeps the bass in check and is touch sensitive. It adds some volume as well. Perfect for this amp.
